One More Row

Your data

Privacy

Last updated: 10 October 2026

This policy applies to One More Row, also available under localized names such as En omgang til, its website and its support form. David Helland Wahl is the developer and is responsible for personal information submitted for support.

Your projects stay with you

No app account is required. Project names, notes, counters, pattern repeats, icons, colors, change history, photos, files and app preferences are stored on your device. Recovery copies may contain earlier project data. This information is not sent to the developer.

Photos and files

The system photo and file pickers provide only the items you select. Selected items are copied into your project and may include photo metadata. The app does not upload your entire photo library. Removing an attachment does not change the original photo or file.

Optional iCloud sync

Sync is off by default. If enabled, project data, change history and attachments are stored in your Apple account’s iCloud Drive. An installation identifier distinguishes synchronization files from different installations. The developer does not receive access to these files. Apple operates iCloud under its own privacy policy. Turning sync off does not delete files already stored in iCloud Drive.

Apple Watch, widgets, Live Activities, Siri and Shortcuts

Project names, counts and display details are shared with the app’s widgets and Live Activities and your paired Apple Watch. They may be visible on the Home Screen or Lock Screen. You can stop a project’s Live Activity by disabling Show on Lock Screen in its settings.

Shortcuts use project and counter information to perform the requested action and return a result. Project names and counts may be displayed or read aloud. Apple handles Siri voice requests according to your device settings. One More Row does not record or store your voice.

Support and feedback

The external support form is hosted by Tally: https://tally.so/r/Y5E5Od

Opening it from the app passes the message type, app version and iOS version to Tally. These version details are hidden form fields. Submitting the form sends your message, any email address and screenshots you choose to include, and the version details to Tally. Email and screenshots are optional. Project data and logs are not automatically attached.

The developer can access submissions to answer questions, investigate problems and improve the app. Support information is not used for advertising or tracking. Tally processes and stores submissions on the developer’s behalf. Its hosting providers may also process this information. Tally describes its data handling, subprocessors and deletion process at https://tally.so/help/gdpr and https://tally.so/help/terms-and-privacy.

Support information is processed for the legitimate interests of responding to requests and maintaining the app. Support messages, email addresses, screenshots and version details are deleted no later than 12 months after the support case is closed. You can request earlier deletion through the support form. Tally may retain deleted data temporarily under its documented deletion and backup process.

Analytics, ratings and purchases

The app has no advertising, tracking or third-party analytics. Apple may provide diagnostics to the developer according to your device’s privacy settings. Apple handles App Store purchases and ratings.

To time rating requests, the app stores the first-use date, up to five counting dates, a total capped at 100 added rows, and request dates and app versions locally. These details are not sent to the developer or synced through iCloud Drive. The app cannot see whether you submitted a rating.

Deleting data and your choices

Archiving keeps a project. Deleting a project removes it from the current library, while removing an attachment removes its project reference. Earlier files may remain in recovery copies, device backups, iCloud Drive or on a paired Watch. Removing the app deletes local app data but does not erase iCloud Drive files or other backups. Manage those copies through the relevant Apple storage and backup settings.

To ask about your support information or request access, correction or deletion, use the support form and provide enough detail to locate the submission. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to restrict or object to processing, receive a copy of your information, and complain to a data protection authority. The developer cannot access or delete project files stored only on your devices or in your Apple account.

onemorerow.app is hosted by Cloudflare. We do not add advertising, tracking pixels or analytics scripts to this website. Fonts and images are served from this site. Cloudflare processes technical request information, such as IP addresses and traffic data, to deliver and protect the website. Processing is based on the legitimate interests of providing a reliable, secure website. Cloudflare’s global network and service providers may process data outside your country. See https://www.cloudflare.com/privacypolicy/ for its practices, safeguards and retention. Your language preference is stored locally in your browser. The contact page embeds a Tally form. Opening that page loads the form from Tally, which processes technical request information to provide it. Messages and attachments are sent to Tally when you submit the form.

Changes and contact
